The cream philosophy

Our expertly trained team are not only focused on ensuring that every cream client receives the very best in cutting expertise and colour technology, but also through constant training and assessment we are dedicated to improving our highly regarded and enviable reputation for customer service.

Price structure

Our price structure from stylist through to artistic director reflects the experience and educational level of that team member. Please ask for an exact quotation on the services you require prior to commencement. Please be aware when you book an appointment for colour, at cream we will always recommend on blow-drying your hair in order to check the end result.

Confirmation of appointments

Although every effort will be made to confirm your appointment either by text, email or phone, if you do not receive a confirmation your appointment will still be held open for you and if missed our cancellation policy will apply.

Skin sensitivity tests

Modern hair colours/perms are normally harmless, but as a precautionary measure we always insist on a skin test 48 hrs prior to your colour appointment. Cream are unable to proceed with a colour appointment unless this test is carried out.

Cancellation policy

May we bring to your attention the salon cancellation policy. Although we at Cream realise life is hectic, we do implement a 24 hour cancellation notice period. Missed appointments will incur a 50% charge. Deposits may be required for extensive colour work or if previous appointments have been missed. 

Our guarantee

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with the colour service you have received at Cream, if you contact us within two weeks of your appointment we will happily reassess your colour with a view to getting the result that you require. Please note, Cream does not issue refunds for any of its services but will always try to ensure you have the hair result you desire.
