STAYING COVID-19 SECURE

Can all customers please read the following information to help us comply with all of the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

• Please use the hand sanitiser provided on your entry and departure of the salon. All our work stations & equipment will be sanitised between clients
• Please wear a face mask whilst in the salon unless you have a medical condition that prevents the use of one. If you do not have a face mask they can be purchased from reception
• Pre-booked appointments only, sorry no walk in appointments or enquires
• Clients are required to come alone to their appointments (disabled or service users exempt)
• Your belongings must be kept to a minimum and must be kept with you
• We can not provide any refreshments or magazines during your visit
• Your Stylist will be wearing the appropriate PPE during your appointment
• There will be PPE charge of £3 for every customer to go towards our on going extensive PPE costs (this may be reduced as the prices of PPE come down)
• If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not enter the salon and please reschedule any booked appointments
• We will not be honouring any discounts during these difficult times
