London Men's Collections 2016 Hits The Headlines...

After creams recent success being part of the hair styling team at London Men’s Collections, our journey into the fashion frenzy has hit the headlines, making it into the local news and major hairdressing publications… We here at cream couldn’t be more thrilled and heres what the press had to say about Will and Deans time at LCM

“Will Eagles and Dean Brindley from cream in Gloucester and Cheltenham recently worked backstage styling and colouring hair at the first of this years London Collections Men events.

Salon Artistic Directors Will and Dean were behind the scenes styling models with Schwarzkopf Professional at the Charles Jeffery, Craig Green and Joshua Kane shows for the four day fashion event. Will and Dean worked to create an array of bold looks ranging from worn-in and relaxed ‘just woken up’ looks, to bright and colourful pop art inspired avant garde looks. It was such a fast paced environment with each stylist working on a staggering 15 to 20 models per show.

London Collection Men is a biannual showcase that takes place every January and June and celebrates the creative and commercial importance of the British menswear industry. All of the shows within the the event are designed to showcase the breadth of British talent, from the worlds most innovative emerging talents to global menswear brands and Savile Row tailors.

“We absolutely loved working at London Collection Men” said Will and Dean. “The Charles Jeffery collection was super colourful inspired by Andy Warhol and David Bowie fused with Kings Road punk which was so much fun to work with. We toned it down in time for the Craig Green show which revolved around the idea of “Liverpool scally lads” hair, influenced by when guys try too hard before a night out! It was such a unique and special four days, if not a little chaotic”…

Well Done again to Will and Dean and we all look forward to more fashion instalments from them in the future…
Will Eagles
