Last week cream had the privilege of being on a location shoot with Cheltenham Chanticleer Bridal Boutique… Chanticleer showcase a beautiful array of bespoke, made to measure wedding gowns all designed in house by the talented team who have over 60 years of bespoke bridal wear experience between them. As chief designer and owner of the Boutique and studio in Regent Street Cheltenham, Tracey Salt called upon cream to marry the recognised elegance of our beautiful bridal hair work which has been featured in several national wedding magazines, trade press and not to mention the huge amount of brides who we make look sensational on their big days in our Gloucester and Cheltenham salons or their wedding location of choice…

So with Tracey and her team all ready to launch their new 2015 bridal collection our hugely talented salon manager Dean Brindley worked closely with Team Chanticleer on the inspiration, mood and overall vibe for the shoot held at the stunning Botanical Gardens in Birmingham. With four glasshouses and exotic tropical plants this beautiful, tranquil setting was an incredible backdrop for the bridal models to be photographed in and around. Dean got well under way in prepping the models hair and with a 6.30 am start time the pressure was on to create beautiful, soft hair with several different looks, textures and also incorporating vintage hair accessories!

So with Team Chanticleer busy showcasing the exquisite gowns it was up to bridal hair supremo Dean to add the finishing touches to the etheral feel of the shoot… Hair on both the models incorporated vintage waves, flat textured waves, kooky braids, side swept fringes and barely there up-do’s which were intertwined with soft headpieces, encrusted with pearls, lace and just the right amount of sparkle… All these hair looks are huge emerging trends for this years bridal season.

So with the winter light fading fast the last remaining looks were completed and the two day bridal shoot was complete!! Simply beautiful bespoke bridal gowns complimented and completed by bespoke hair creations. Vintage, Art Deco, femininity, lavish fabrics from spot tulle to delicate antique beaded lace, glorious shape and form of the hair, waves, curls, gloss and divine mussy texture, the marriage of Chanticleer and Cream was a huge success…

So head along to Chanticleer for every bridal requirement you will ever need and after that the next stop is to Cream Gloucester and Cheltenham and our talented team of Bridal Specialists will make every hair dream of yours come true this 2015…
