Inspire UK...

Cream have been proud partners with Schwarzkopf Professional for many many years, and not only do we use their amazing products, and colour ranges, we have worked on many photo shoots, fashion shows, and press events for them. Back in the summer I was asked to participate in an exciting project for them. Schwarzkopf’s global ambassadors create two amazing collections a year named Essential Looks. Essential looks is a hair bible for all Schwarzkopf salons across the globe and we use the imagery and step by step guides for our inspiration and creating hot new cut and coloured looks using the emerging trends forecasted by their ambassadors Tyler Johnston and Lesley Jennison.

So I was beyond thrilled when asked to participate in a UK version of the essential looks named Inspire UK. The Inspire team was made up of 5 handpicked stylist from Schwarzkopf salons and I was lucky enough to of been one of them. The shoot took place back in late July and shot at a secret location in Shoerditch London, with Tyler Johnston overseeing our every move, our job over the two days was to recreate stunning looks on our fabulous models with our brief being ‘The Age of Beauty’… This collection is a first for Schwarzkopf as its all about classic ageless beauty featuring mature models, and showcasing the new ‘Silver White’ colour range, specifically for beautifying and brightening naturally white, silver or salt and pepper hair.

The Inspire collection showed how timeless beauty never goes out of fashion and it was an absolute joy to be part of it. Not only will the images be shared with Schwarzkopf professional it has made a special edition five featured front cover of The Hairdressers Journal for their November edition. It’s been a dream come true being part of this shoot and I would like to thank Schwarzkopf Professional, Hairdressers Journal, legendary Tyler Johnson and my fellow Inspire team members Paul Meekin, Gary Taylor, Hannah Gordon and Marcus King…
