Victoria Vogue's...

Aside from being one of the most famous women on the planet, former spice girl, fashion designer, mother and wife of David Beckham, appearing on the cover of UK Vogue for the THIRD time has to be one of Victoria Beckham’s greatest career coups…

Always known for her immaculate glossy appearance, you’d think the fashion designer would have pulled out all the stops to ensure she looked picture perfect for her cover star slot, however Victoria shocked the world when she appeared on August’s fashion bible wearing a baggy jumper, Wellington boots and a messy up-do!!!

Victoria has a very particular look, very cool, paired down and ultra feminine so seeing her in this new way is a refreshing change. Rumour has it from Vogue that they wanted this look to transpire laid back luxe with a slightly roughed up vibe! Autumnal fashion is all about the laid back edge, teaming glamour with grunge, luxury with affordability and adding that certain amount of bed head/ rock and roll sass…

This look is super to re-create and you don’t have to be Queen Victoria to pull it off… mix colour palettes of mink, charcoal and nude in fabrics of mohair, silk and sequins and keep make-up fresh and dewy (but go heavy on the eyeliner) and the easy up-do is the crowing glory of this look, it’s simple, put the hair up loosely with a handful of Kirkby grips, pin it, play around with it, add a little height at the crown and add some dry shampoo for that matte, mussed up feel and you’ll be good to go…
